How to Use the Kit

To examine our spores using a microscope, sterilize the slide and cover the slip with rubbing alcohol. Then, apply a small water drop on the slide and add a small quantity of spore solution. Place the cover slip over it and gently press down to disperse the spores. Now, you can observe the spores through the microscope.
